Below is the five-step process from your first call to your flight home: what we handle, what you handle, and what to expect at every stage.
Many of our partner doctors trained in the U.S. or Europe and continue ongoing education abroad. Our packages typically run 60-75% less than equivalent procedures in the U.S. without compromising on the surgeon, the implant, or the hospital.
We’re open about all costs so you can be financially prepared for the journey.
We don’t charge upfront deposits until you commit to your first doctor’s appointment following your first free consultation with our Patient Journey Director.
With a background in Swiss luxury hospitality, we coordinate every detail: from your first doctor’s appointment to your accommodation, transport, aftercare, and recovery so you focus on healing while we handle the rest.
Every surgeon and clinic in our network is vetted on credentials, accreditation, infection rates, and willingness to coordinate directly with our patient journey team. We turn down more partners than we sign.
We include optional 30-day complications insurance through our Colombian insurance partner. Covering hospitalization, re-intervention, imaging, and follow-ups for any procedure-related complication.
MedValet is permanently based in Medellín. Your Patient Journey Director lives here, attends every appointment with you, and is reachable on WhatsApp throughout your stay. No time-zone gaps, no handoffs.
