Edmond Losey is the Co-Founder and Patient Journey Director at MedValet. Before founding MedValet, he spent nearly a decade in Swiss luxury hospitality, where coordinating every detail of a guest’s stay was the literal job description.
After helping several friends and family members access medical care in Colombia, he saw that international patients needed exactly the same kind of end-to-end coordination, applied to a much higher-stakes journey.

Fabrice Germain is the Co-Founder and Global Patient Director at MedValet. With a background in digital strategy and patient acquisition, he leads MedValet’s outreach and partnership work connecting international patients with the surgeons, clinics, and accommodation providers in Colombia best suited to their case.
He divides his time between Medellín and his home market to maintain direct relationships in both.
